Privacy policy

This page explains what the Pro Pressure Services website collects, why, and who sees it. The business is run by Pro Pressure Services Pty Ltd (ABN 78 696 511 038). MP Launch built and looks after the website for us.

What the website collects

• The quote form: your name and phone number, and if you add them, your email, suburb, the service you need and the job details.
• The instant driveway estimate: the address you enter, the area measured or the sizes you type, and your name, email, mobile and any notes you add. We email you a copy of your estimate.
• When you tap to call or text us, the site records that a tap happened, which page it was on and the website you came from. It doesn't record the call or the message.
• If you arrive from an ad, the ad's tracking tags (for example utm_source, gclid or fbclid) are kept for that visit so we can see which ad an enquiry came from.

Why

To reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and do the job.

Who sees it

• Your enquiry is emailed to info@propressureservices.com.au and saved in an enquiry tracker that MP Launch runs for us.
• Emails are sent through Resend, and the website is hosted on Vercel.
• To measure a driveway, the address is looked up in the Victorian Government's Vicmap address data, the aerial photo is loaded from Esri's World Imagery service, and an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) outlines the driveway on that photo.

Analytics and advertising

The website uses Google Analytics, the Google Ads tag, Microsoft Clarity, and Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to see how the site is used and which ads lead to enquiries. Clarity can record how pages are scrolled and clicked.
